We specialize in made-to-order custom jewelry, including nameplates, earrings, and curated sets. Because each piece is custom created, all order details must be reviewed carefully prior to checkout. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Processing Time
All custom jewelry is handcrafted to order. Please allow 7–14 business days for production before shipping. Processing time does not include shipping or transit time.

Sizing
Select designs are available in kids and adult sizes. Please ensure the correct size is selected at checkout. Size changes cannot be made once production has begun.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We currently ship within the United States only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and original packaging. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
